Why

Proof titles are shown in Gift and Workshop cards with bounded space. Long authored titles are valid data, but they make the proof identity harder to scan and can crowd adjacent copy.

What Changes

• Add a nonblocking diagnostics warning when an authored proof title exceeds 32 characters.
• Recommend titles of 24 characters or fewer while retaining the authored title unchanged.
• Include the stable proof ID, display title, sentence field, and source path in the warning envelope used by local and shared previews.
• Keep warnings transient so CommonJS exports and data-only share payloads do not gain diagnostic fields.

Impact

The existing W11 diagnostics pass and its Gift/Workshop preview consumers are affected. Validation, catalog registration, and authored pack data remain unchanged.
