The charmbracelet/vhs-action@v2 has a broken ffmpeg installer on Ubuntu 24.04 runners (charmbracelet/vhs-action#459). Work around it by installing ffmpeg, ttyd, and VHS manually. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
