M11 opening: dynamic-speed experiment reverted with findings

A global cruise raise (2.6->4.2) launched marbles off curve seams and
crest lips into the void - dynamic speed requires curvature-aware braking
(the planner/driver speed envelope) and banked or taller walls at speed,
not a bigger constant. Finding recorded in the assist law; envelope work
is M11 proper.
