a lazygit-style terminal viewer for openspec repos: watch changes, tasks and spec deltas land as agents work

Add .forge/ci: make check and make build on your machine for src.rest

cat committed f391416
forge attest runs .forge/ci in a clean worktree of each commit and signs
the result into refs/notes/ci; forge push sends it with the branch. It runs
what the CI workflow's check job does. Go's build and module caches, and
the staticcheck it runs, live outside the worktree.
