.forge/sites declares the site so forge site deploy publishes website/ to https://pages.src.rest/sites/cat/goq/site/. The build step is the static-site gate, scripts/verify-website.sh, the same check website.yml runs before the Cloudflare deploy. The page links its stylesheet, script and release manifest relatively, so it works under that path with no changes.
