frontendDist now points at the generated (gitignored) portal-dist/, but tauri::generate_context! resolves it at compile time and the demo gate compiles the portal crate with plain cargo, which does not run Tauri's beforeBuildCommand. Assemble the payload explicitly at the top of the gate so cargo test/check of the portal crate no longer panic on a missing frontendDist.
