build: read allons from a pinned worktree rather than the one being written

Dami committed f528bdc
Atlas reads its host library from a sibling directory, which until now was
the same working tree the library is being written in. Anything half-finished
over there -- at the moment an identity schema and the auth reductions around
it -- landed in every atlas build, and a refactor could break this repo at a
moment that had nothing to do with atlas.

Neither repo has a remote, so there is no tagged version to require. A git
worktree gives the same effect locally: ../allons-pinned is checked out at
22eed29 and stays there until moved on purpose. Work on the library carries
on in ../allons untouched.

Moving the pin is two commands -- git -C ../allons-pinned checkout <commit>,
then go build ./... to see what it costs.
